The KAP series piano DIP switches employ a reliable wiping contact mechanism that ensures stable contact at low resistance.  Available features include gold plated contacts (over nickel), a choice of recessed or extended actuators, high temp materials, UL94V0, a choice of top-side "OFF" or topside "ON" configurations, and top tape sealed versions that are designed to withstand wave soldering and board washing.

Applications for the KAP series piano DIP switches include garage door openers, test & instrumentation, telecommunications and controller applications.
